Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a coach and a client, aimed at facilitating the latter's personal or professional growth and development. Through active listening, powerful questioning, and goal-setting techniques, coaches help clients gain clarity, unlock their potential, and achieve their desired outcomes.
To become accredited, coaches typically undergo training programmes aligned with recognised coaching standards, such as those set by the International Coach Federation (ICF). These programmes provide comprehensive instruction on coaching principles, ethics, and techniques, ultimately preparing coaches to demonstrate their competency through rigorous assessment processes.
By choosing accredited coaching programmes, coaches ensure they receive quality training that meets industry standards and enhances their credibility in the field.
