Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Malaysia Association of Certified Coaches, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our members. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making any payments.

Membership Fees:

Membership fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once paid, membership fees cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our membership system and ensure that all members are treated fairly and equitably.

Exceptions:

Refunds will only be considered in cases where there has been an error in processing the membership fee, such as duplicate payments or incorrect amounts charged due to technical issues. In such instances, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date to request a refund. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be entertained.

How to Request a Refund:

If you believe that you are eligible for a refund due to an error, please submit a written request to our support team at admin@malaysiancoaches.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Membership ID
  • Date of payment
  • Amount paid
  • A detailed description of the error

Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Transactions:

All other transactions, including but not limited to donations, event registrations, and sponsorship fees, are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Changes to this Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
